"I have gained more knowledge in this 300 hour program than I thought I ever could.
Our teachers are all very knowledgeable. I love how Liz weaves together prana and alignment in practice so we feel totally blissed out while increasing our heartbeat in a therapeutic, multidimensional sequence. I love how much I now understand the human body and how it functions anatomically and energetically. Additionally, my own yoga practice has grown extensively.
I now teach and live my life with so much more confidence! I know now that I am the teacher I was wanting to become from through this program."

-Linda Lee, 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, Greece
This 300 Hour Advanced YTT training affected me deeply throughout all aspects of my life. Specific to my yoga teaching it gave me a much more in-depth knowledge of the body and anatomy and a more precise vocabulary and dialogue. My confidence as a teacher has grown exponentially as well, as the quality of my teaching has drastically improved. My personal yoga practice has also improved due to my rededication and education from the teachers. My personal relationships of change because I’ve learned to love myself more and except less toxicity from others. I loved the teachers' breath and depth of knowledge each in their own area of expertise based on their different backgrounds and lineages. Anatomy portion was my favorite component because this knowledge was lacking in my 200 hour training. I was impressed and inspired by Liz’s knowledge and wisdom. I loved learning about the history of Yoga and different philosophies like Kashmir Shavism as well as hearing her dharma talks through the stories of Yoga. I am so grateful for the way in which this training manifested and for the energy of the teachers and my fellow trainees. I highly recommend!
-Kristina Hoover, 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, California
"Thank you for a heartfelt and truly transformative training. My life has been forever changed. All of the lead teachers were absolutely fantastic in every way. They knew their subjects with depth and shared in a way that was accessible and pertinent to yoga and life off the mat. The variety of teachers greatly supported the vast array of information from different perspectives about many topics. The way I move in my body, both on and off the mat has been renewed and permeated by awareness as well as the understanding of the mechanics of movement, from all of the anatomy training. My personal understanding of yoga has been polished and refined through the discussion of many styles, practices & philosophies. I feel more intentional in my teaching both in anatomical & energetic related sequencing and guidance of students to connect with something greater in their practice."
-Christian Reid, 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, California
"After the 300 Hour Course I realized how the 200 hour training only scratches the surface of the complexity of Yoga. This course helped me focus on what aspects of yoga I would like to focus on teaching. The teachers’ styles complement each other well, the location of Okreblue in Greece was fantastic. I highly recommend this program to teachers who want to focus on alignment and/or someone who is considering yoga therapy and wants to see what it involves."
-Heidi Strand, 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Greece
"The alignment-based approach really resonated with me. I feel that I learned responsible asana balanced with skills to develop empowerment in each pose. Throughout this experience I grew in my knowledge and developed more intuitive confidence in my personal practice. I learned skills to take off the mat and into my own life as a yoga teacher. The program helped deepen my capability for compassion, radical acceptance and self-love so that I can be available to send my love out into the world and share it with others. My favorite elements of this training include alignment, theming, and working within trauma-informed framework. I am grateful to Soma Yoga Institute for organizing and offering a comprehensive and careful YTT. After examining other programs, I feel this was the best fit for me in my own personal practice and with my growth as a teacher!"
-Melanie Gingerich, 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, Peru
"I loved every minute of this Advanced 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Soma Yoga Institute. It has taken my teaching to a much more dynamic place. I have more confidence and much more to offer my students. My relationships are also stronger as I approach them much more mindfully. During the first intensive, I realize that I needed to quit my job and follow my Dharma, this program gave me the courage to take the leap. There are so many things I enjoyed: the variety of the teachers with different perspectives, diving into the deep front line, the two intensive‘s were awesome allowing our group to bond with each other and going deep in our learning with Anatomy. The Yoga Nidra was also a life changer! "
-Lynette Dobos, 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training, California
"This 300 hour yoga teacher training opened my experience of Yoga into a much broader scope. My focus has shifted so much from physical to mental. I love how it has made me more open to life‘s experiences. I feel much more confident as a teacher and feel good about the way I now teach.
I loved the meditation piece because it had such a profound impact on my mindset and even my health. I was able to establish a daily meditation practice. I now value and enjoy the stillness in restorative and meditation as therapeutic and can see value perhaps even more beneficial than asana. Overall I really love making all the special connections and focusing more deeply on spiritual side of Yoga"
